Close in meaning. Honest in minutes
- Pankingdom Real Estate and NHC were launching Al-Bayt: 554 villas in west Makkah, inside the Haram boundary, within Makkah Gate, the first fully serviced residential suburb inside the boundary. The location is a privilege no other address can copy, but the Grand Mosque is still a drive away, and the brief was clear: never imply a view of the Haram. The film had to make the spiritual closeness felt without overstating the distance, with the call to book on screen throughout. One vertical film, 46 seconds, made for social feeds.
The Haram isn’t a view. It’s a direction
- Most Makkah property ads compete on one promise: how close you are to the Haram. Al-Bayt could not win that race honestly, and it did not need to. Living inside the Haram boundary changes something deeper than distance. The Haram stops being a trip you plan and becomes the direction your days face. Umrah becomes something a father and son do together, then come home from. The line holds it all: مفتاحٌ لا يفتح بيتًا، يفتح وجهة, “A key that doesn’t open a house. It opens a direction.” In Arabic, wijha means both a destination and the direction one faces in prayer.
